I understand that once my order is confimred with a valid Chevrolet order number that my deposit is non-refundable. I understand that in exchange for this deposit, Chevrolet will use one of a limited number of allocations to order and/or hold the vehicle described above, in the order in which it was received, refusing sale of such vehicle to any other party. I understand that upon vehicle arrival, expected during the second quarter of 2009, I will have three (3) business days to complete the transaction after which time vehicle may be forfeited to another party. Any other arrangements regarding delivery timeframe must be agreed to, in writing, before vehicle arrives.

I understand an authorized representative of Chevrolet will attempt to contact me at the phone number(s) provided to confirm deposit. I understand that my place in line is not reserved until deposit is confirmed and I receive a confirmed order confirmation signed by an authorized agent at Chevrolet.

Chevrolet agrees to use a vehicle allocation to order and/or hold vehicle as described above. Chevrolet will also do everything in its power to expedite the delivery of the vehicle to the customer, but makes no guarantees regarding timeframe.

Chevrolet agrees, in exchange for non-refundable deposit, not to sell this vehicle to any other party for a period of time which expires three (3) business days after vehicle arrives at Chevrolet, unless prior arrangements have been made, in writing, prior to vehicle arrival.
